Requires a Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field and 4 years of experience as a Software Developer, Applications Development Programmer Analyst, or closely related position developing software applications for agency securities lending business. 4 years of experience must include Software Development in Java, Spring framework, Oracle, Kafka, Tibco, Web services, Object oriented programming and design patterns Data structures; Relational database, SQL, and data warehouse design and Architecture in Oracle; and Jira, Eclipse, Bitbucket, Team City and uDeploy.
