Cloud Messaging, Calling, Meetings and Contact Center solutions; Unified Communication and Collaboration solutions; IP Telephony and Video Telepresence Systems; Voice, VoIP, and Video Gateways; Collaboration automation and programmability; Collaboration protocols such as Session Initiation Protocols SIP, Skinny Client Control Protocols SCCP, Media Control Gateway Protocols MGCP, or H323.
