Requires a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Communication Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience in a related occupation. Requires experience with Object Oriented methodologies and Pega Enterprise class structure; Pega Integrations with external Databases, Listeners, REST services, Messaging and SOAP; Pega upgrade process, which include major version upgrades like from Pega 7.x to 8.x; Next generation Databases like Postgres; Troubleshooting application issues using Pega tools like Tracer, Pega Log Viewer, AES and PDC; and Knowledge of Pega rule versioning, circumstancing and specialization concepts.
