The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelors degree or higher or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or closely related field. The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years 60 months of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in an IT position performing software quality assurance and testing. The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years 60 months of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience with all the following a identifying opportunities and providing recommendations for automation of test projects; b designing automation framework and scripts for regression and application testing; c participating in requirement walkthrough and design review sessions; d performing functional test planning, design and execution based on specifications to validate the system against functional requirements; e defining test scenariostest cases, execute test cases and update test results; f collecting and reporting quality metrics report of testing activities such as testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performancebaselines; g contributing to estimation and planning, risk assessment, contingency planning, tracking and management of progress, issues, risk, and resources; and h performing Root Cause analysis on production issues, reporting findings, and taking appropriate actions to have mitigation plans in place. All experience may be gained concurrently.
