The position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study and twelve 12 years of experience. Alternatively, the company would accept a Masters degree and eight 8 years of experience. Experience must involve five 5 years of experience in the following recruiting, hiring, and mentoring software and quality engineers; curating and maintaining the technical backlog for Engineering driven initiatives; generating and analyzing engineering metrics to inform leadership in making data driven decisions; designing, building, deploying, managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting large scale web applications; cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, andor Google Cloud; quality engineering concepts and tools; and presenting to senior leadership. 10 travel required. Telecommuting permitted.
