The position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study and six 6 years of experience in supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and development of an IT Operation Management. Experience must involve four 4 years in ServiceNow development including scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, developing on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and customization of the core applications. Experience must involve four 4 years working or developing in any one of the following programming languages JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, HTML, or HTML 5. Experience must also include the following developing proof of concept solutions on ServiceNow platform to meet stakeholder specifications; conducting code walkthrough and code review of junior team members code; managing update sets for migration of the code base to test and production environments; experience in supported business processes and service as an advisor to design and implement scalable solutions for our stakeholders; and Agile ceremonies. Must have experience creating detailed technical documentation; understanding business requirements and converting them into scalable solution designs; webbased systems architecture, servicebased architecture, enterprise application architecture; experience with AWS Core Services Knowledge in some capacity such as EC2, S3, RDS, or Lamda; working with ServiceNow Integration Hub, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, and custom applications; ServiceNow data schema and underlying tables.
