Continued from H.10B Requires a bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering or closely related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus five 5 years as a Program Manager or related occupation with project management, business or operations management experience within manufacturing or high volume production or, alternatively, a masters degree in Manufacturing Engineering or closely related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent and three 3 years as a Program Manager or related occupation with project management, business or operations management experience within manufacturing or high volume production. Experience must include Injection molding, tooling, materials, quality, and product design; Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and ProblemSolving processes; Operations Capacity expansion project management; and Construction, facilitiesplant layout, capacity expansion, recruiting and workforce acquisition management.
