This position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience. In addition, experience with the following skills is required 1 Using Pega application knowledge including user functionality, infrastructure configuration, application tuning and resiliency to ensure software application is operational and functioning for necessary user demands; 2 Using Gitlab, Ansible and Ansible Tower to integrate and monitor performance metrics for software system changes as they are deployed to smaller scale models and production environments; 3 Conducting automation of software application and infrastructure deployments including selfhealing and selfrecovery capabilities; and 4 Applying understanding in infrastructure uptime and availability, ensuring posture for problem recoverability and resiliency, and standing watch over performing systems for problem detection and response.
