Must have a Bachelors Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering, or a closely related engineering field. Must have 4 years of postbaccalaureate cement plant production and maintenance experience. The 4 years of experience must include experience with cement plant equipment maintenance; engineering experience in industrialheavy manufacturing maintenance settings; cement production process and which machines to use; cement project management knowledge to prepare detailed maintenance plans and follow ups; detecting and resolving production problems and plant safety; and OSHAMSHA regulations; SAP CMMS system; and MS project administration software. 5 domestic travel required.
