Travel required up to 10 of the time.br br This position requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience working as a Quality Engineer Manager, Quality Engineer, Project Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer Intern, or a related occupation.br br Background, education, or experience must includebr br 1. Mass production of flexible circuits or equivalent technology;br 2. Statistical process and quality control tools such as SPC, GRR, ANOVA, Hypothesis testing and capability studies;br 3. Experience working in various elements of APQP and PPAP;br 4. Utilizing Fishbone, Five Whys and 8D in a highvolume manufacturing automotive environment, troubleshooting;br 5. Able to design experiments and analyze results of the experiments to make informed decisions about Yield Improvement, Material Qualification, and Throughput Improvement;br 6. Experience using yield, cost and capacity data to develop and drive continuous improvement road map and projects;br 7. Experience with supplier scorecards, supplier qualification, supplier development, supplier corrective actions; and working with suppliers to improve their quality systems and product; andbr 8. Experience developing and implementing ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 standards.
