Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Civil Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, or a related field, plus six months of experience working as a Civil Engineer, Environmental Engineer or a related occupation. In lieu of six months of work experience, employer will also accept course work, internships or projects that document knowledge of the required skills. Specific Skills Background, education, or experience must include 1. Hydraulic and Hydrological Modelling; 2. Remote Sensing and GIS; 3. Water Resource Management; 4. Water and wastewater infrastructure building best practices and codes; and 5. Pipeline and Pump Station Hydraulics.
