Determines which organic waste material from various raw meats and poultry can be repurposed in house and which needs to be sent to specialized facilities; delineates meat scraps, fat, and bone of raw meats which may be used for rendering; supervises the repurposing of such organic waste into sustainable ingredients which may be sold in house or sold to outside sources in cases of biofuel, animals food and solvents; supervises the proper storage of organic waste materials until rendering is completed to comply with sanitation codes; examines equipment used in rendering organic waste materials for proper usage to include size reduction processors and lump breakers and crushers; determines deadlines in timely removal of organic waste which cannot be repurposed and supervises the proper removal of such waste.
