This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related field plus four 4 years of related supply chain experience. Alternatively, this position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related field plus six 6 years of related progressive, postbaccalaureate supply chain experience. Must also have 18 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 applying mathematical modeling methods, including Linear Programming, Mixed Integer Programming, Simulation and Statistical Methods, to provide solutions to complex business questions; 2 reviewing and analyzing Supply Chain and Sales data to support accurate representation of the operational environment in the mathematically defined model; 3 facilitating and leading crossfunctional Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain project teams on project scope; 4 utilizing physical and information flow processes of multiple core areas in supply chain, such as manufacturing, sourcing, warehousing, and transportation; 5 utilizing commercial modeling applications that leverage the methodologies of simulation, statistics, and optimization; and 6 preparing and giving supply chain analytics presentations to executivelevel leaders in Fortune 100 companies. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Masters program. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Up to 10 of international and domestic travel required.
