This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Business Analytics and Project Management, Data Science or a related field and 3 years of related experience. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelors degree in Business Analytics and Project Management, Data Science, or related field and 5 years related progressive, postbaccalaureate experience. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 extracting raw data from SQL Server databases and public data sources, analyzing and evaluating data elements to derive analytical and actionable insights; 2 working on sample design, implementing data enrichment and cleansing routines, performing feature engineering and feature selection, and preparing datasets for modeling using tools including Python and R; 3 identifying and defining requirements to formulate machine learning models to solve several problems; 4 building machine learning models using various algorithms including decision trees, boosted ensembles, and other statistical models as required by each problem; and 5 ensuring proper runtime of deployed models by using selective model inputs in order to ensure continued model stability and performance. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Masters program and all experience may be gained concurrently. Up to 10 of international and domestic travel required.
