Bachelors degree foreign equivalent accepted in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field plus four years of experience in software engineering, quality assurance engineering, or related. Alternatively, will accept six years of experience if candidate does not have the required bachelors degree. Specific experience and skills must include the followingbr 1. Three years of experience writing and executing test plans for software business applications with a data focus.br 2. Experience working in an AgileScrum environment.br 3. Solid understanding of QA methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle SDLC from Requirement Analysis to User Acceptance Testing.br 4. Experience formulating Test Plans, Test cases, Test Scenarios, Test Approach and setting up testing environment.br 5. Experience with both Manual and Automation testing of the applications.br 6. Experience preparing QA Testing Documentation and Reports.br 7. Proficient in using automation tools like QTP, Load Runner, Visual Studio Suite, Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Test Manager and Quality Center.br 8. Excellent knowledge of HTML, XML, Java and .Net.br 9. Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments.br 10. Meticulous attention to detail.br 11. Great verbal written skills, along with a strong attention to detail.br 12.
