Minimum Requirements Masters degree or equivalent degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration with a specialization in healthcare, or Public Health.br br Must have Proven skills with healthcare or public health consulting using performance improvement tools, efficient project management and benchmarking techniques, and change management strategies through working with clinicians and senior leadership; proven ability with data evaluation and presentation including use of pivot tables to interpret data, ability to develop statistical process control charts, tree diagrams, and trend analysis; proven ability to learn new data extraction skills using EPIC slicerdicer, chart review, workbench reports, data mapping and Tableau; demonstrated project management skills including ability to develop implement, use project management tools such as gantt charts and project plans as well as identifying opportunities for digital innovation to ensure efficiency in systems; demonstrated ability in data management, survey design, dashboard design, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and metric mapping using various operational and clinical data; demonstrated ability using performance improvement tools including HFMEA, charter, process maps, fishbone diagrams, and other PI tools in software like Lucidchart; demonstrated knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, or other accepted performance improvement methodologies; and proven solid written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
