Must have work experience in each of the following 1 applying lean applications to maketoorder production environment; 2 leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing facility within the boating industry; 3 2 years of leading lean deployment, including experience in 3P and Kaizen; and 4 experience in CNCFabrication operations to develop a longterm operation strategy to improve production methods, increasing parts quality, maximizing material yield, optimizing machine efficiency, and reducing CNC program cycle times, investigating new methods and equipment technologies to reduce cost.
