Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Management plus seven years of experience in the offered position or as Project Manager, Project Director or Project Executive for a general contractingconstruction management firm.br br Four years of the required experience must have included leading team of at least 15 construction professionals including Project Managers, Superintendents and Project Engineers through entire construction and development process including the preconstruction phase which includes estimating, scheduling, permitting and planning with various stakeholders for projects totaling over 200 million in contracts; developing project execution plans and strategies that aligned with the business targets and objectives; conducting monthly reviews of all projects to ensure project teams were on schedule and budget and executing the projects according to the strategy developed; mentoring project managers, project engineers and project administration staff; overseeing projects involving industrial logistics and cold storage; and overseeing business development including developing relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and local jurisdictions.br br Apprx. 10 domestic travel required.
