EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREDbr br Masters degree or equivalent foreign education in Human Factors Engineering, User Interface Design, Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction or a closely related field and one 1 year of experience designing and developing interactive mobile application experiences.br br Or, alternatively,br br Bachelors degree or equivalent foreign education in Human Factors Engineering, User Interface Design, Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction or a closely related field and three 3 years of experience designing and developing interactive mobile application experiences.br br MUST ALSO POSSESSbr br Demonstrated expertise developing software applications along the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC according to scrumbased Agile methodologies, including requirements gathering, functional design, architecture design, documentation, implementation, and testing; and analyzing and reporting bugs using JIRA to liaise with developers.br br Demonstrated expertise using Overflow, MIRO, JAMA, and Confluence to create user experience process maps that include user interaction and product feedback.br br Demonstrated expertise interpreting and analyzing user feedback to understand user workflows and translate user requirements to actionable items and specifications for design and functionality improvement of hardware interaction experiences and webbased software applications.br br Demonstrated expertise applying visual and interaction design methodologies and creating high and low fidelity prototyping that addresses user requirements using Figma or Sketch, and developing production ready webbased application designs and guidelines for engineers using Abstract and Zeplin.br br Expertise may be gained during graduate program.
