Requires at least 36 months of psychiatry residency training and 24 months of adolescent psychiatry residency training.br br br Note J.22 has been answered in the affirmative given that the Beneficiary completed 12 months of her medical residency training at Augusta Universitys Medical College of Georgia from 07012015 063020216 see Section K, Job 6 and received a stipend during her residency. However, ALL residents receive a stipend for the clinical services they provide as medical residents, not for training. Accordingly, Augusta University has not paid for the Beneficiarys training but wishes to reflect she did receive compensation for her clinical services during her medical residency, which ended more than 5 years prior to her hire and employment by Augusta University in the offered position.br br Note also that while the ETA 9141 Prevailing Wage Determination listed two SOC occupation codes 251071 Health Specialties Teachers, Postsecondary and 291223.00 Psychiatrists, the concept of quot;combination of occupationsquot; appears only at 20 CFR 656.17h3, in the regulations for the basic labor certification process, and does not apply to this special handling case filed under 20 CFR 656.18.
