A Ph.D. or equivalent in finance or related field, or expected completion of a Ph.D. by August 2021 from an AACSBaccredited program. Demonstrated record of recent scholarly activity or for recent graduates, demonstrated promise of high quality future scholarly activity. Dedication to excellence in teaching. Ability to utilize technology in the classroom. A commitment to develop electronic delivery of course content. An appreciation for diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
