Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following Assessing client relationships to solve complex problems with clients that have been escalated to a decision maker; Summarizing large data sets of data and designing customized reports using Tableau; Defining technical scope, objectives and functionality based on user input and assessing business processes and industry requirements; Advising on strategic investments related to simplify and to improve data distribution to external clients, including associated cost and return on investment; and, Operating a customer relationship management system such as Salesforce using deep knowledge of data input, processing, aggregation and enhancement proposal.
