Job requires 2 years of experience in each of the followingbr Experience working with TPM implementation;br Experience developing and building strategies and deploying concepts using TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma to solve complex operational problems;br Sound planning, organizing and analytical skills including identify losses in operations and communicate them clearly to internal stakeholders;br Experience translating operational goals into actionable plans that will drive the intended results;br Experience teaching others the appropriate TPM tools to enable the intended outcome;br Experience in project management to drive financially advantageous results in business processes.br Domestic travel required up to 50 of time. Telework is acceptable up to 1 day per week.br br Complete education and experience requirement Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain or Management plus 2 years of experience leading teams and working within a manufacturing operational environment.
