Must have one 1 year of each of the following skills Designing and prototyping for desktop applications; Rich Web based applications and platform level tools; Wire framing and lowfi prototyping tools including Visio and Omni Graffle; Photoshop and Illustrator; Interaction design; User research; and, Usability testing.
