Six 6 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation utilizing SQL and corresponding tools to query data; programming using Java, Python, Cassandra, JUnit, UNIX, multithreading, and methodologies including test driven development and object oriented design and programming; utilizing Agile development methodologies; working with Agile software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, estimation and planning, integration testing, user acceptance testing, performance tuning, and debugging; identifying and addressing changing business needs and analyze business requirements; supporting applications in production by identifying and fixing production issues, monitoring performance of new and existing software applications, identifying areas for improvement and troubleshooting problems to optimize operational efficiency. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in one of the above listed fields and four 4 years of experience in the above listed skills. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
