Must have work experience with each of the following 1 Design business model and launch new subsidiary in the debt settlement industry; 2 Prepare for high growth in a startup environment by identifying inefficient manual processes, redesigning and implementing automated processes and propose KPIs; and 3 Develop roadmap of enhancements to drive business improvements, reduce risk, and enable new capabilities in backoffice business operations.
