Requirements Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration or in a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a product managerbusiness consultingrelated position.br br Special Skill Requirements 1 Leading the end to end product life cycle of software products, from ideation definition, strategyplanning, to technical development, testing, and release; 2 At least two 2 years of experience in gathering and validating user requirements through qualitative and quantitative researchanalysis, synthesizing the data, and then creatingimplementing product requirements and solutions for development; 3 At least two 2 years of experience in product design and development processes, tools and methods, such as user personasstories, product requirements, or user behavior analytics; 4 Leading a broad crossfunctional team of both technical and nontechnical functions to define product strategy, roadmap, goals and execute against them; 5 Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces and creating examples through wireframes and mockups; 6 Building and scaling Machine LearningArtificial Intelligence systems and models; 7 Delivering highly technical concepts, architecture, and workflows to nontechnical audiences; 8 Setting up and running experiments and tests such as AB tests, and using analytical tools such as SQL, R, Excel, or usability tests to evaluate the success of these tests and experiments; and, 9 Managing comprehensive gotomarket strategy and launching success products globally, including positioning, launch strategy, value proposition.
