Requires Ph.D. in Economics or closelyrelated field 10 yrs experience producing economic analyses, valuations and damages calculations for arbitration cases involving oil production, electricity generation, transmission and distribution, natural gas production, transportation and distribution, telecommunications, and water and sanitation; providing oral andor written testimony in international and commercial arbitration cases before international bodies tribunals, including the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, International Chamber of Commerce and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law; working with andor for governmental regulatory agencies on electricity natural gas optimal tariff and regulatory design; and providing consulting services to private sector clients on the resolution of disputes in the electricity natural gas sectors.
