Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related plus five years of experience in any job titleoccupationposition involving business restructuring services experience. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, the employer will accept 3 years of academic studies toward obtaining a Bachelors degree.br br Must have experience with each of the following Performing business restructuring or related consulting services; Engagement Management experience including potential interim management roles CFO, Controller or VP Finance; Developing financial models, including integrated PL with balance sheets and cash flows; Experience with debt restructuring, cash flow and balance sheets, liquidation analysis; and Experience with bankruptcy and insolvency process.br br Must have CIRA or CTP designation OR sufficient educationalexperience requirements to receive CIRA or CTP within 24 months of hire or promotion.
