Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, FilmAnimationVideo, or a closely related creativedesign field, plus three years of experience in the offered position or as a Production Artist at an advertising agency.br br All required experience must have included developing and managing brand standards and style guidelines across large complex organizations; performing creative concepting, development, design, and postproduction retouching and editing of digital production, print, digital design, web graphics, and social videos using knowledge of prepress, printing processes, and graphic design practices and procedures, as well as UI, typography, image, and related design standards for web; conducting motion design for web and social videos, including brainstorming and storyboarding creative video concepts, video compositing, and editing videos and formats, both scripted and unscripted from raw footage to final product; applying knowledge of graphic and photo reproduction process to troubleshoot problematic graphics, photos, layouts and unexpected challenges prior to release; versioning, organizing, sizing and structuring PSD email layouts to be sent to developers; using 4 color process printing, spot color printing, and other printing techniques and concepts bleed, resolution and color; and working with Mac OSX platform, Adobe software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and InDesign, 3D programs such as Maya, C4D and Substance Painter, Google Suites, Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and contemporary social media platforms, technologies and trends.
