Coursework must involve Lean Six Sigma process improvement and engineering principles. In lieu of a Masters degree, employer will accept a Bachelors degree plus two 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation involving applying process improvement and engineering principles in a complex and dynamic environment. Lean Six Sigma certification required. Willingness to travel to other hospital locations in Western, MA as needed, required. EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE.
