Minimum 12 years of related industry service, hospitality, andor food and beverage experience; effective communicator, able to give directions clearly and concisely through training, development and positive reinforcement, strong attention to detail; possess math skills and the ability cooperate a cash register and Point of Sale POS system; possess standard operating and procedural knowledge to ensure policiesprocedures are adhered to through consistency in behavior, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality; be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time; must have stamina to work full schedule shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary; must have Allergen Awareness Training, TIPS andor SERV Safe Certification.
