Must have a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Computer Science or related field and three 3 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst or related occupation. Must have at least three 3 years of employment experience with each of the following required skills Using Microsoft Project to create project plans, schedule, roadmaps, forecast resource needs, track timely deliver; Using Microsoft Visio to create data flow diagrams and process diagrams, network diagrams, orgteam structure; Testing and implementing software using Oracle, Tableau, Quality Center, ServiceNow, and Agile Frameworks applications; Using UnixFile Transfer to support inbound and outbound file validations; Using VB VB Script to create macros for Agile metrics using VBA script code; Using Rally JIRA to track each phase of the software development iterations, releases, and user stories creation; Using AWS Cloud to analyze the business features requirements, build the backlog, and create user stories for AWS Cloud services; and Big Data echo systems for data storage and retrieval from HiveHBase with Hive Query Language, Pig or Spark, and exportimport data using Sqoop. The AVP, Delivery Team Lead, Portfolio Change Delivery will supervise one Business Analyst and one Business System Analyst.
