Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in International Relations, Economics, or a related field and four 4 years of experience in position offered or in a related FX Production Management role. Must have four 4 year of experience with all of the following skills fulfilling crossasset institutional mandates for client engagement; product development and marketing in addition to designing specific products for client hedging needs; designing, opining, and refining business control processes on market risk and control; creating frameworks and performing data analysis to make resource allocation decisions; the ability to train and mentor a very particular set of derivative and FXspecific skills; management of FXspecific business processes including credit, legal and settlement issues; designing and testing FX Derivative tools and monitors for external and internal use; knowledge of the nuances of transacting both EM products and in EM countries.
