Minimum of a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mathematics, Finance and five 5 years of experience as a VP or related occupation. Must have at least five 5 years of employment experience with each of the following required skills Structure and implement complex, multijurisdictional cash management solutions such as cash pooling and off balance sheet liquidity solutions, open banking, and API connectivity and digital integration with clients treasury management solution; U.S. and European payment schemes, such as CHIPS, Fedwire, ACH, Bacs, CHAPS, FPS, SEPA, SEPA Inst, TARGET, and knowledge of payment schemes across India and the Middle East; Cash management regulations that affect client solutions, such as Basel III and PSD2; Online banking solutions, Host to Host, and SWIFT, with the capability to advise clients on the benefits and considerations of each solution; Business development experience, including the use of Sales Management Tool and Salesforce; Knowledge of Pricing Cash Management products including deposits, liquidity solutions, as well as payments and reporting services; Understand compliance and financial crime regulations that impact high risk sectors and implement tools e.g. ORAC required to ensure that client portfolio adheres to governance controls are institutional and executed against; and Respond to multijurisdictional, multiproduct Cash Management RFPs Request for Proposal and know the clients complex requirements, structure bespoke solutions, craft the proposal response, pitch the solution to clients, as well as conduct pricing negotiation and implementation. 30 various international and domestic travel to client meetings and Barclays offices.
