Must have 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation. Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following Using Nuance Development Framework NDF and Genesys Voice Platform GVP to develop and maintain Interactive voice Response IVR applications; Developing Configuring and Implementing Genesys Computer telephony integration strategies using Genesys Interaction Routing Designer IRD, Genesys Media Server GMS Genesys Configuration Manager CME, Genesys Administrator GA, Genesys Administrator Extension GAX; Monitoring and running health checks of all applications in the Genesys contact center suite using Splunk, CCPulse, Genesys Advisor; Testing of Interactive voice Response IVR applications using manual and automated tools; and, Generating Reports from Oracle Database using PL SQL queries and Genesys Infomart.
