Position requires academic or industry experience in the following skills Community Choice Aggregation CCA in the state of California; California utility rates; Define, document and review client project requirements and use cases by interviewing business clients and documenting new system requirements based on knowledge of IT systems; Analyze and document complex business processes utilizing knowledge of utility systems and processes; Write QA documents test plans, procedures, test reports; Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle; and Experience with PLSQL.br br Special skills requirements enumerated in H14 may be attained through academic or industry experience. Any required proficiency andor skills pertaining to the applicants qualifications which are not listed explicitly at Section K Alien Work Experiencewere satisfied by the applicant through academic experience or are implicit within the context of the job duties previously performed by the applicant as set forth at Section K.
