The candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in the followingbr 1. Drawing plans and realistic renders in 2D and 3D using Autocad, Sketchup, and Lumion;br 2. Estimating material of engineering and architectural drawings;br 3. Experience in construction, supervision and construction management;br 4. Solving structural design and specialized technical problems related to the design and construction of high tensile, light gauge steel structures;br 5. Preparing budgets for different types of construction projects using Excel;br 6. Preparing material lists for different types of construction projects; identifying labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.br 7. Computing costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
