Alternate field of study Nonbusiness field related to a Bain client industry plus 2 years experience in strategy consulting with a top tier international management consulting firm or a bachelors degree plus 5 years experience in strategy consulting with a top tier international management consulting firm. Experience must include Valuation of product lines; Financial and operational ratio analysis for companies; Financial modeling; Competitive analysis for companies including benchmarking and performance improvement; Primary research; Creation, development, and implementation of strategic alternatives for companies; Creation of PowerPoint presentations, and Excel charts and graphs; Demonstrated ability to develop and apply quantitative methodologies to evaluate strategic alternatives, including assessment of international markets opportunities through research and analysis of international sources of information; Leading a consulting project team to develop management strategies, team could include internal industry experts or external expertsvendors; Demonstrated ability building and managing client relationships with senior executives such as Csuite and business unit heads; Demonstrated ability developing and presenting compelling oral and written communications; and, Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a variety of industries or capability areas.
