Requires a Bachelors OR Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Position requires progressive, postbachelors experience 5 years with Bachelors OR 3 years with Masters, which must include some experience in each of the following skills Mainframe MVS OS and serving as a system administrator, monitoring production, and mainframe support; JCL, REXX, SPOOL, and JES2; MFT Managed File Transfer applications, such as Transfer CFT or Connect Direct; TCPIP, SSL, Pesit, SFTP, and ODETTE protocols; Top Secret, RACF, or ACF2; SMPE, disc space management, and network troubleshooting; and Mainframe support with OPCGSW operations and planning control and AOC Automated Operations Control.
