Requires an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and 24 months of related experience as a Project Manager Advanced Activities; Project Manager; or Systems Engineering Technician. The related experience must include experience with developing specialized production equipment for automotive head lamps and tail lights, including design and development of robotic UV hard coating systems, experience with vacuum sputtering and plasma processes and development of process parameters to meet customer performance criteria, experience with processing of anticondensation coatings, and experience with design of control systems and programming of logic controllers.
