Requires a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experience gathering requirements, defining functionality, and setting goals to drive product and service delivery. Also requires 3 years of experience managing and delivering IT product and service functionality; identifying, prioritizing, and resolving technical, functional, and business quality issues; utilizing usability tests, focus groups, surveys, and customer research to understand how users engage with a product and service; and defining requirements and delivering UX designs. Employee reports to office in Palo Alto, CA, but may telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
