Minimum Requirementsbr Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and three 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a business managementconsultantrelated occupation.br br Some telecommuting is permitted.br br Special Requirementsbr Position requires at least three 3 years of experience in each of the following skillsbr 1. Designing, developing and leading new, crossfunctional processes to effectively manage delivery of programs utilizing gotomarket planning and service design knowledge.br 2. Being an owner of process management with an emphasis in planning, positioning and execution of processes across multiple functions in particularly in a technology or financial environment.br 3. Managing corresponding budgets and delivery timelines of projectscontractors and report progress to senior leadership.br 4. Directly managing a team that continuously improves organizational efficiency as programs continue to grow, assigning work, evaluating performance and providing actionable feedback to team members as well as organization as a whole.br 5. Leveraging humancentered design approach of IDEO and expertise in coordinating surveybased and interviewbased research to synthesize findings into actionable insights for leaders for strategic decisionmaking.br 6. Developing and delivering effective presentations to a variety of audiences including the Executive team.br br Position also requires at least some work experience, or at least one semester of graduatelevel coursework, in the following skillbr 7. Leading cross functional teams to achieve the gotomarket planning and execution objectives of a variety of local and global projects.
