Telecommuting is permitted.br br Special Requirementsbr Position requires at least four years of experience in each of the following skillsbr 1 Solution evaluation, design, configuration, implementation, integration, and administration of ERP solutions.br 2 Designing, configuring, implementing and testing of various modules within Workday cloud enterprise applicationsbr 3 Utilizing Workday modules including Security, Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Benefits.br 4 Working with Payroll Systems like ADP or Workday and Time Tracking Solutions like Kronos or Workday.br 5 Building Workday integrations including BIRT, Studio, Cloud Connector, and EIBs; Integration technologies including Dell Boomi or MuleSoft.br 6 Foundational web service and API technologies, working on technologies including WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and JSON.br 7 Command of SQL to query data, understanding of reporting best practices that drive positive reporting system performances; Leveraging Tableau and Power BI to build custom reports and dashboards, marrying system best practices with reporting best practices, designing sustainable reporting solutions within package applications like Workday or ServiceNow.br 8 Working under agile project management, SDLC, risk management, quality engineering.br 9 Web technologies including HTML and JavaScript; Programming languages such as Python or Java.br 10 Creating system configuration functional spec. documents including user experience mapping and process flow designing using Visio or Lucid Chart to facilitate solution discussions.
