Masters degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, plus 4 years of experience performing technical review of construction documents; researching and authoring RFIs; estimating cost and construction timelines for proposed changes; identifying potential scope gaps and financial exposures; analyzing and creating Time Impact Analysis and updating current schedule for Owner review; conducting BIM model meetings for coordination of various construction scopes; and preparing cost reports with Key Performance Indicators KPI.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
