Per DOL regulations, only potentially qualified U.S. workers must be notified and considered for the job opportunity. We respectfully note that ATT laid off two workers in the 6 month period prior to filing the PERM application. On 04282023, Certified Letters with Return Receipt Requested were sent to the last known address, as per company records, of two potentially qualified laidoff workers. The letters provided a full description of the specific job opportunity and invited each laidoff worker to apply for the position. As a result of this effort, ATT received zero 0 applications for the job opportunity. Accordingly, all potentially qualified U.S. workers were notified and given the opportunity to submit their resume for consideration. Thus, the notice and consideration requirements were met in accordance with DOLs rules.
