Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related quantitative field, or foreign equivalent, plus two 2 years of progressive experience in investment banking or consulting within the healthcare industry. Experience must include advising companies in capital markets and corporate business development, involving evaluation of financing, product licensing and mergers and acquisitions opportunities; performing financial analysis utilizing a range of valuation methods including precedent transactions, discounted cash flow and comparable company analyses; evaluating biopharmaceutical operational performance, pipeline products and competitive positioning of novel agents within their therapeutic areas through creation of deep dives and information sourcing via calls with industry experts. Experience must include working with the following tools and technologies Microsoft product suite and financial statements. 510 of domestic and international travel typically required.
