Must possess a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Biomedical Sciences or a related quantitative field, plus two 2 years of experience in the offered role or as a Data Analyst in the biomedical or pharmaceutical industry. Pre or post MA degree experience is acceptable. Must have at least two 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical andor biomedical industry with all of the following Image segmentation, registration, denoising, and feature extraction from multiple biomedical imaging modalities; Convolutional neural networks and deep neural network architectures; Developing algorithms for biomedical image analysis and biomedical applications including Pathology, Tissue Microarray, HE, Radiology, and Microscopy images; Implementing complex algorithmic solutions in R, Matlab, and Python; Sustainable coding practices with docker, GIT, code review; C, python; Deploying, reproducible, scalable computer vision solutions for real world use; Python development in Jupyter Notebooks; Cloud environments AWS or similar and Linux; and Translating technical requirements from stakeholders into actionable steps to deliver projects.
