Must possess a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Compliance, Economics, or a related field plus five 5 years of progressively responsible, post baccalaureate experience in the role offered, as a Compliance Manager, or in a related role. Must have at least five 5 years of experience with all the following in the pharmaceutical or related industry Developing and launching compliance procedures and training programs for drug indications; Performing compliance digital solutions management within a regulated environment; Monitoring program activities designed to address the identified areas of risks for pharmaceutical business; Working within US healthcare compliance and legal frameworks for fraud and abuse regulations including FCPA, AKS, FDCA, HIPAA, Sox to solve business challenges; and Working within regulatory standards including UK ABPI Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Practice, UK Combined Code, EFPIA The European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations Code of Practice, and EU Data Privacy Law. 10 domestic and international travel required to various and unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
