Masters degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or closely related field plus 2 years of experience as project engineer, civil engineer or closely related position involving construction project management. Stated experience must include experience preparing bids for construction projects and utilizing construction estimator and project management software. Up to 10 domestic travel required.
